Finding the right job should be seamless, accessible, and intuitive. That’s why we’re introducing a revamped job hub designed to help Disabled professionals find jobs faster while giving our partners better tools to manage postings.

Our new cards-based design brings a more engaging, streamlined experience to your job search. Instead of a dense table layout, you’ll now be able to scan key details at a glance, save opportunities for later, and apply filters to find the roles that best fit your skills and needs. For employers, managing job postings is now more intuitive, with easy-to-access tools for updating job statuses and tracking applications.

What’s New?

🔹 Card-Based Layout – Browse job opportunities in an easy-to-read, visual format with essential details like company name, location, employment type, and pay range displayed up front.

🔹 Advanced Search & Filtering – Find the right opportunity with improved filters for employment type, location, pay range, and saved jobs, plus new search logic for more precise results.

🔹 Save & Track Opportunities – Jobseekers can now favorite roles to revisit later and access a dedicated view of jobs they’ve applied to.

🔹 Enhanced Employer Controls – Partners can pause, close, or duplicate job postings from the list page, making it easier than ever to manage listings.

Why It Matters

We built this update based on feedback from our community—jobseekers told us that the old list format was overwhelming, making it difficult to find the right roles. Employers needed more control and visibility over their postings. This revamp addresses those challenges head-on while keeping accessibility at the forefront of our design.

What’s Next?

This is just the beginning! With this revamped experience in place, we’re doubling down on opportunity access—you’ll see a significant increase in available job listings in the coming months.

We’re also bringing the same improved, intuitive design to our Courses library, making it easier to find and enroll in career-boosting learning opportunities. Plus, we’re rolling out quality-of-life improvements across the platform - enhanced navigation, smarter recommendations, and better ways to track your progress.

Making Space is evolving to serve you better, and we can’t wait for you to experience what’s coming next.
